01 — Company showcase
A business property brought together clearly in print
The front combines the project image with the name, leasing offer and a short introduction. A dark translucent panel keeps the white headings readable without fully covering the building visual.
Inside, location, accessibility and practical features are divided between a map and compact icon panels. The brochure therefore shows the project first and then offers the supporting information in scannable parts.
The challenge
The visible design challenge is to organise imagery, leasing message, location and several practical features within one compact brochure. The first impression needs to remain project-led while the supporting information is easy to retrieve.
Our approach
The visible approach builds the brochure from overview to detail. The project image and lead message dominate the cover; inside, a location plan, icons and short text panels separate the different information types. The dark-blue, white and gold palette maintains a consistent visual line.
